Make the most of your time and energy and use MarketSharp to map the actual routes to your sales appointments. You can plot out driving distance and optimize travel time between appointments for all of your employees.
Simply go to the appointment date and time field in MarketSharp and pull up the map. This pop-up map will show all your upcoming appointments in the general area of the lead you're working with. You can schedule appointments based on proximity and adjust your employees to hit the most efficient routes. You can also use this tool to easily determine the best rep for the job based on their location and other appointments that day.

Stay Connected: Two-Way Texting
MarketSharp Ultimate’s newest feature is two-way texting, which allows you to chat with leads and customers in real time.
If a customer responds to an appointment reminder, their response will show up in your chat box within MarketSharp and you can respond right away.
And you’ll then have a searchable record of all your text conversations with customers right at your fingertips. This record will be super helpful when you need to refer back to a query or communication.
You’ll even have a dedicated text message number for your CRM. We partner with a third-party company called Twilio, who sends out the text messages on your behalf. And when you set up two-way texting, Twilio will guide you through picking a number from an area code or a zip code relevant to your business.
Like all text message marketing communications, your customers will have the option to opt out and stop text messages at any point they wish.
