Basic Call Center Introduction
The Call Center is designed to categorize, prioritize and assign activities to the appropriate employees. For the Basic Call Center we are going to manually add activities with a filter using the activity Reference: Call Center Example. Then we are going to add a Get Next Call Maintenance Rule also called Call Center Example. It's a really good idea to keep the Activity Reference and the Get Next Call Maintenance Rule named the same thing.
