Export Completed Jobs for GuildQuality
MarketSharp provides a built-in Excel export of completed jobs that’s formatted specifically for GuildQuality. This export is free within MarketSharp, but an active GuildQuality subscription is required to use the data.

🔧 Setup Instructions
Step 1: Connect Your GuildQuality Account
- Navigate to Admin > Apps & Add-ons Setup.
- Click on GuildQuality Maintenance.
- For Legacy Integrations, enter your GuildQuality ID number (you can retrieve this from your GuildQuality portal).
- For New Integrations, Setup Guild Quality in Step 2 (see below) and input the value of "0" for your GuildQuality Id.
- Select the checkbox beside Enable Customer Satisfaction Surveying and fill out the remaining settings as appropriate to you. This includes how many days after job completion to wait before MarketSharp sends your contact to GuildQuality, and which types of Jobs and Leads should be eligible (we recommend selecting “all” job and lead types.

🛠️ Configure GuildQuality from Within Your GuildQuality Portal
Step 2: GuildQuality Account Settings
- Log into your GuildQuality account.
- Click Contacts Icon at the left side of the page, then select Import Contacts.
- Scroll to the Manage Integrations section.
- Click the Activate API and enable integrations button
- OR go to the Add integration tab
- Scroll to the MarketSharp - Legacy section and Open
- Click "Add" on the MarketSharp: Customer Sync
- Select + Add account
- Enter your MarketSharp account information on the window that opens
- Select the account and click the Save and continue button and for Segment press the Save and continue button again

- Map your MarketSharp fields to your GuildQuality fields. Be sure to at least map First name, Last name, Phone, and Email. Once finished, select Save and continue.
- Choose the survey template you’d like to send to customers and the press the Save and continue button.
- On the Confirmation press the Save and activate button to active the integration
📝 Configure Survey Timing and Job Selection
Once your ID is entered, configure when and for which jobs GuildQuality should send out surveys.
Step 3: Enable Survey Scenario
- Enable the scenario for Customer Finished Job Setup.
- This allows MarketSharp to trigger surveys based on job completion.
⚠️ Surveys will not send unless this scenario is enabled.
Step 4: Set Survey Timing
- Days After Job Completion: Enter the number of days after the job is completed that the survey should be sent.
Step 5: Select Job Types to Survey
Choose how you want jobs to be selected for surveying:
- All job types
- Specific job types
- Manual job type selection (you’ll select the job manually on the contact record)

Click Save — your GuildQuality integration is now active!

Will surveys automatically send after job completion?
Only if the “Customer Finished Job Setup” scenario is enabled and configured. If not enabled, no surveys will be sent.
Can I control which jobs are surveyed?
Yes. You can choose to survey all job types, only specific job types, or use manual job type selection to opt-in jobs individually on the contact record.
Can I change the number of days after job completion that a survey is sent?
Yes. Update the “Days After Job Completion” field during setup to adjust the timing.
Will MarketSharp send the survey directly to the customer?
No. MarketSharp exports the job data to GuildQuality. GuildQuality is responsible for sending the survey based on your setup.
