Internal Communication within Marketsharp - Email

We have the ability to email customers within Marketsharp. Why don't we have the ability to automate and/or send emails to our own team; i.e. reminders, internal communications, etc.? There are times these email communications need to be attached to a specific customer. It is also advantageous to have the ability to have internal email capabilities within the activity and production processes, too.
