REPORTING Feature Request
Per ZenDesk ticket 12388 - Customer would like the following specific reporting criteria in reporting options:
PER Customer Feedback:
The monthly KPIs that we track include:
- FIRST inquiries per month by inquiry date (excluding reschedules or follow-up appointments)
- Appointments set per month by appointment set date (again excluding reschedules, cancels and duplicates)
- Cancelled appointments per month by appointment set date
- Leads Issued per month by appointment date (also no duplicates)
- # of jobs sold and contract $s per month based on appointment date
This currently takes 3 different report pulls and different levels of manual manipulation. Additionally, the 3 different date ranges get confusing, as do sales cycles that don’t fit neatly into a single month.
