    Add the ability to do 2-way texting with clients and employees.

    We understand the needs of our clients and a lot of them want to have the ability to communicate via text and we know our employees (reps/productions/managers) would benefit from the ability to 2-way text.  The entire text thread with our clients should attach to the client just like the 1-way texting does.

    When we text a client, the fact that it comes to us via email puts us in a negative situation. We know the customer prefers to communicate via text, however, we can't see their response in the text and we can't easily reply to the text. We have to start an entirely new text thread.  This lowers efficiency and effectiveness.
