Automate the Project Start Date

It would be super helpful if there was a way that when it rains or a project is delayed that we can move that project on the calendar and it sends out an automated Text or email to the homeowner or building owner. 

This would take away the human error of moving a project and not calling or letting the Project Owner (Homeowner or Building Owner) know that a change was needed due to weather or delay in other labor.
