Search Feature Needs Drastic Improvement!

The search feature in MarketSharp needs drastic improvement! It doesn’t seem to recognize an apostrophe like in “O’Brien.” Furthermore, I can type the exact name out correctly and it won’t find it. I’ve tried to type just the first three letters of the first and a last name, but that doesn’t do a great job either. Hopping someone can spend some development time to improve this heavily used feature.
