Dynamic Sizing for Calendar

client wants to be able to have "dynamic sizing" for Cal entries so for example if he is looking at the calendar and there are 10 roofing jobs he doesn't the the entries to look like roofing shingles, he wants them to all be big so he can see the entry information for each one without opening them.
