Better way to do Commissions

I've had multiple clients inquire when they do commissions and they have a price amount and an adjusted amount the commissions tab will only pull from the price and not the adjustments.

In this screenshot, they added an adjustment to show the customer upgraded to a premium window. The client wants to be able to pull commissions off both of these boxes instead of just one.
