Merge Fields Needed!

Hello! Is it possible to create merge fields for the following fields under Lead Paint: Certified Firms(s), Certified Renovator(s), and Worker(s). Our state requires this information to be on the lead information sheet and we would like to be able to add this to print files easily without having to manually add the different information for different people each time.
