Automation Triggers
The system should have triggers that we can program when you are establishing an activity process; i.e. when status is cold lead and activity process is set to trigger from that status, if/when that status changes we should have the ability to program what we want to have happen next, "remove from "THAT" campaign and add to "THIS" campaign. With the opportunity to program this, we can stop the old campaign from going out and it will start the new campaign.
For example: an inquiry comes in and is set up as New Lead Activity Process...the New Lead Activity Process has 12 automated emails and/or texts set up to go out over a period of 3 months. In the 1st month an appointment is set, however, unless someone goes into Activities and clicks "Delete All Not Complete" that campaign will continue to run. To complicate matter for the potential client, they are now receiving the new Activity Process also; i.e. appt reminder, Why Us email, etc.
And to complicate matters, we don't have access to "Delete All" in the new app.
When a new status and/or result is added it should programmable so it will automatically end/edit/etc. the previous campaign.
