Inquiry Activity Reporting

I would like to see the last activity on each inquiry that has come in. This way I can pull a report by activity to see how many leads we received with wrong numbers, Not interest, busy phone numbers, did not inquire. etc. 

This is very important when working with 3rd party companies. They need this information and it takes hours to go into every lead and do it manually.
