2-Way Texting

It would be beneficial for MS users to have the ability to send and receive texts. A lot of clients prefer this mode of communication. It seems counter-intuitive to offer text out and then have a return text come in as an email.

In addition, we need to be able to have the ability to program who the return text goes to...not a global distribution list as it is now. If salesperson A sends out a text to a customer, when that customer responds to Salesperson A's text...the text message should go to that specific Salesperson.
