Mobile App 2.0
I am hoping to see some clarification in a few places:
1. As the admin who helps orchestrate teams of people that sometimes need to know where everyone is- it would be helpful if the Marketsharp 2.0 app allowed me to see my team's schedules like the 1.0 version did. Knowing where all teammates are scheduled to be would help us be more productive and quite honestly you can find me 99% of the time in the office.
2. Description box on the calendar- we used to write notes regarding the appt for sales team to read. Now this description box does not populate those notes- notes have to be entered into the notes section. This was a bit confusing but if a description is not able to be given or has a limited number of characters it doesn't really provide anything of value in the appt planning process- maybe it can be done away with?
3. Half my team uses Android so having that capability would be much appreciated.
4. I'm curious how the app functions with sharing other things like progress reports? Does it function with the increasing ROI partners yet like Hatch?
5. In the Employee information page- is there are way to add people's phone numbers? I could not find a way to do so.
6. Attachments page- I couldn't get any of the 3 options to be functional. Is this a temporary glitch?
7. A cool feature would be a phone finder in case you leave a phone at an appt. Since its already linked with GPS for your travels could this be used reversely to find a lost phone from your desktop or another sales person's app?
