Calendar Description
Currently the calendar description box will auto-populate the Product as well as the Contact information. Can you make it possible to pick and chose what contact information goes in to the description box?
I am trying to make it so the sales reps can not see the customers phone number
However, when we issue them the appointment the description shows with the phone number I am trying to stop this from happening.
