Appointment Confirmation Automation

Hello,

I'd like the ability to trigger an appointment confirmation text to be sent to each scheduled appointment the morning of at a set time.  IE: I'd like all of the morning's appointments to be sent a text at 8am each morning.  So an appointment scheduled for Wed June 29 at 10am will receive the same text at 8am that an appointment scheduled for 6/29 at 6pm would receive.

  Eric, you can do this using the 'activity process' in MarketSharp.  We have one set of activity processes for sales appointments and one set for appointments issued in the production module.  The sales appointments send emails and texts to our potential customers reminding them of the appointment.

  I create the production activity processes and name them with an " * " before the name so I know that activity is used in the production module. You add the production activity process to the task line in production activity template. Then when the production task is activated (I set the due date / time for 1 day before the expected start date {or otherwise called the appointment date} and attach the template email / text to that activity.)
