Having the ability to create additional custom-named calendars and the ability to independently set the resources that are shown on each calendar. This would greatly help your platform scale with larger companies as they add more and more employees.

It is almost all there already. It is just the ability to add more calendars and then to either lock the shown resources per calendar or not if you wish.
