Text Message Template Improvement

Hello!

Would love to  see us have the ability to set up text templates similar to how we set up email templates. 

Currently, we cannot do hyperlinks or even separate paragraphs, so everything comes in one chunk. It would look much better for the customer if we can make it separate paragraphs and add hyperlinks.
