Pop-up Notes
Would you please consider creating a type of pop-up message/note that displays any time a user opens a lead/customer's account that can be enabled or disabled when no longer needed. For example, if we have customers that require special handling we could create a pop up note that says "Only contact this customer on Tuesdays after 3pm" or "Douglas must attend the pre-site visit" or "customer has pit bull - do not go in back yard without reaching homeowner."

My work-around is adding a second or third email address with my note like "do not service until customer pays" or something else important, then I click the Do Not Call box and this note will show up in red. It's just what works for me. Hope this helps, Will!
