Enter Survey Information
To enter Survey Information first click on Contacts. 
Next click on Customers Record View. 
Then click on the Jobs tab. From there, to the right of the Job Name is a Talk Bubble Icon, that's the icon for entering Survey Information. 
From here you can enter:

- Value Of Home:
- Purchase Reason:
- Would Refer Others:
- Rate Sales Rep:
- Rate Office Staff:
- Rate Installation Crew:
- Overall Satisfaction:
