If you are trying to add an item to any Editable Drop Down List and you get the error below, that means you are trying to add an item that already exists. The system will not let you create a duplicate item. Anytime you want to add to the Editable Drop Down List, make sure to click the 'show inactive' box in the upper right hand corner first (see below.)
