Please use this method with any customer requesting to update their payment/billing method for their current subscription.

 

  1. Log request from customer in solution used by the functional area
    1. Product Care
      1. ZenDesk
    2. Sales/Growth
      1. Salesforce
    3. Locate Contact in Salesforce
    4. Send Salesforce Email template
      1. “Payment Method Update” (Search this title if needed)
      2. Includes Combination of:
        1. URL to payment update page
          1. https://payments.evercommercetech.com/Entry/Index?a=$SF_ACCOUNT_ID&s=marketsharp
          1. NetSuite ID
        3. “Payment Method Last Updated Date” field is updated upon completion of form
        4. Billing to monitor NetSuite Report/List View for all updated account
          1. Process outstanding invoicests
