Are you seeing an Unexpected Error when trying to enter a sales appointment for a lead? More than likely, there is a special character in a contact record field that does not belong. Marketsharp can have trouble processing changes in the system if it detects a special character in a field that is designed to contain only numbers or letters. Examples of special characters: ? ! # {} [] <>
If you see the above error, edit the contact and look for any special characters- remove the special characters and add the lead/ appointment again. It should let you continue to book the appointment without any further issues.
