Job and Service Rules allow for assigning an Activity Process to a Job or Service Status.
For example, when a Job or Service Status is marked as In Progress, an email could be sent out notifying the customer of what to expect during the installation process.
Click the Admin link from the drop-down in the upper right corner of MarketSharp
Click Service Rules or Job Rules under the Automation Rules box
Choose the Activity Process from the drop-down next to the corresponding Job Status or Service Status
Click Save at the bottom of the page
