Customer Onboarding Checklist
Welcome to MarketSharp!
We are happy to have you! Included in this document is a basic list of onboarding tasks each new customer will be completing in preparation for Go-Live. This is simply one of many tools at your disposal to guide a great onboarding experience. The checklist aligns to the self-paced learning tracks your Implementation Manager will, soon, give you access too as well as the onboarding sessions you will start scheduling.
Training and Onboarding Process
To make the set-up and configuration of your new MarketSharp platform easy, and training a breeze, adherence to our defined training and onboarding process is strongly recommended. Our process is designed to expose you to your new application in small bit-sized chunks. Although, your pre-production environment is available to you and we are sure you are incredibly excited to jump in, please refrain from getting ahead!
Here is what you can expect in the coming weeks.
- Coaching Sessions must follow the completion of designated learning tracks. This is to ensure you get the most exposure to your new platform while, also, following proven adult learning methods.
- Coaching Sessions are typically scheduled for 60 minutes, allowing ample time to revisit the learning content in an instructor led format. Depending on the number of users purchased, each customer should have an estimated 1.5 – 3 hours of onboarding training time left to cover additional topics, as needed.

Please note: If you are having data converted, please refrain from adding employees and editing drop-down lists until the conversion is complete. Failing to do so could incur additional project time and charges for data clean-up.
