Do Not Email
Do Not Email is a feature in Marketsharp that is triggered when a customer unsubscribes from emails sent from your Marketsharp account.
You can tell an account is marked as Do Not Email because the email address will appear in red text in the Marketsharp account.
How to manually mark a customer email as Do Not Email:
In the contacts tab, locate the Lead/customer you wish to mark as Do Not Email. Click on the Edit This Contact button at the top right corner of the page or select the blue pencil in the email information box.
Scroll down to the Email & Web section of the profile and select the checkbox for Do Not Email next to the email address you need to update. Click save at the bottom of the page.
