Sending out attachments is an easy process in our system and the first thing we need to know is that MarketSharp can only send attachments that have been attached to the record at this time. This is also not available for automation yet.
The first step to sending out attachments with email is to attach the files from your computer to the record.

Once the files have been uploaded and saved to the record you can then click the send email link next to the email address on the record.
Next you can then select the option for MarketSharp email.
Next you can then select the email template that you want to use to send to the client.
Once you have the template selected you will then see in the upper right hand corner of the screen all of the files that can be attached to the email from the contact record.
*Reminder that you can only attach up to 20mbs of files to the email. If you go over that limit it will not allow you to send the email*
Select from the list what attachments you wish to attach to the record by checking the box next to them.
Once you have the files selected it will show you a file size and how many are attached.
You can then send the email by clicking send email at the bottom of the screen.
This will then send your email with the attachments that you have selected. There will also be an activity saved to the contact that shows you that you have sent the email.
