📊 Overview
My Custom Reports gives you full control over your reporting experience inside MarketSharp. You can organize reports into sections, run custom-built reports, view data in dynamic charts, filter results in multiple ways, and export your findings for additional analysis.
This new feature combines flexibility and simplicity so that every business can get exactly the data they need from any field in the CRM.

🧠Dashboard Page
The Dashboard Page is the main hub for managing and organizing your custom reports.
Features

Sections
Create new sections to group reports by category or department.
Remove or rename sections as your needs change.

Reports Table

Each section contains a table listing your reports with these columns:
Name: The title of the report.
Description: A brief summary of what the report shows.
Created: The date the report was originally built.
Last Updated: The most recent update to the report configuration.
Last Generated: The last time the report was run.

Actions: Buttons for interacting with the report.
Run (Play Button): Runs the selected report and navigates to the Report Page to display results.
Move: Allows you to move a report to a different section for better organization.

If you need a report that does not exist yet, use the Order Report button at the top of the Dashboard Page.
Order Report Dialog
When selected, this opens a dialog where you can submit a new request.
Fields include:
Email: The address where you can be contacted about your request.
Report Name: A descriptive name for your custom report.
Description: Explain what data or insights you would like to see.
Fee Agreement Checkbox: Confirm that you understand a small fee applies for creating custom reports.
Purchase Button: Submits your request to the MarketSharp team for review.
Once submitted, one of our reporting experts will contact you to confirm details, finalize scope, and deliver your custom report after approval.
📈 Report Page
After running a report, the system will display the Report Page with interactive data visualization and table options.
Report Page Features
Chart Section
Choose your preferred chart type such as pie, bar, line, or scatter.
Hover over data points to see detailed values.
Print Chart: Opens a print dialog for the current chart view.
Download Chart: Saves the chart as a PNG image for presentations or internal use.
Data Table
Displays all underlying report data in a sortable, filterable grid.
Each column supports sorting and filtering by multiple criteria.
Filters include options such as ascending, descending, date ranges, and more!

You can manually Edit the values of cells within the table.
NOTE: This will not update the MarketSharp Record Data
Print Table: Opens a print dialog for the current data table.
Download Table: Exports the data to a CSV file for use in spreadsheet software or external analysis.
These controls make it easy to view your results visually and then work with the raw data outside of MarketSharp when needed.
