What does No Matching Product Interest Mean in Reporting?
In a Detailed Marketing Report or a Detailed Sales Report, you may see 'No Matching Product Interest' at the top of the report.
What this means is, when the lead first showed interest, the Product Interest they selected as a new inquiry and the actual product they purchased are not the same. For instance, if they were at your website, they put in their name and contact information and also put that they were interested in Windows. After the presentation/appointment, they instead chose a gutter installation rather than windows.
This helps to track if the initial product interest is was the product they ended up purchasing.
