Employee Unable to be Assigned Email Out Activities
When assigning an Email Out activity to an Employee, the Employee MUST have an email address as part of their employee profile.
If not, when you go to select the 'From' field, you will NOT see the employee's name to select in the drop-down box.
If you run into this issue, just go to Admin, Employee Set Up, Employee Maintenance, click the little blue editing pencil by Employee's name and add their email address there-click Save.
