What is My Account?
My Account is an area on MarketSharp that a user can find basic information about the company and user account such as Company Id, time zone and username. You can also get information on what kind of package your company has and what Modules and Apps and Add-ons the company has. This is the location where a user can reset their password if they wish to change it.
Hover over your log in name in the upper right and select My Account
You will find User Account Information such as
-Username
-Current Company
-Current CompanyId
-Local Company Time Zone
-Local Company Time
MarketSharp Package Information
-Company’s current MarketSharp subscription package
-Modules and Add-on Apps (apps the company has included with their subscription)
*Informs user of which areas of the program their subscription package contains*
Account Settings
Time Sheet - An employee is able to track the hours they work (Not intended for payroll) and works with the Call Center Report
Change My Password - A user can change their own password (if they know their old password)
Reset User Preferences - Use to reset MarketSharp to its original default settings
NOTE: Resetting user preferences will remove all tagged contacts the user has, Calendar resource selections and other preferences back to a default state
