How to reset password
6. When you hit the reset button it will open a new web page in your browser and you can enter in a new password. Password must be 6 characters long with at least one number and they are case sensitive.
- If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it we have added a new feature that will allow you to reset your password on the main log in screen.
2. Start by clicking on the forgot username or password link.
3. Enter in your company id number and username and click continue.
4. The next screen will show the email address it will send your instructions to and click done.
5. MarketSharp will send you the reset button in an email to the email address you have added to your MarketSharp user account. Simply click the reset button in the email.
6. When you hit the reset button it will open a new web page in your browser and you can enter in a new password. Password must be 6 characters long with at least one number and they are case sensitive.
7. After resetting the password your browser will redirect you back to the MarketSharp log in page to log into the database.
