Resetting your user preferences puts MarketSharp back into a default state. But what does resetting the user preferences actually do? To find the option to reset user preferences go to My Account by hovering over your log in name in the upper right.
On the right side under Account Settings, click on the Reset user Preferences link
Below you will find a quick summary of items that are reset when selecting Reset User Preferences.
Contact Record Views default to Panel View
Prospects List View - View is reset to Default and no filter is selected
Prospects Record View - Prospect Info panel is expanded and the first Prospect record is selected
Leads List View - View is reset to Default and no filter is selected
Leads Record View - Inquiries & Appointments panel is expanded and the first Lead record is selected
Customers List View - View is reset to Default and no filter is selected
Customers Record View - Jobs panel is expanded and the first Customer record is selected
Activity List - Filters are reset and display is set to 50
Calendar - Resets to the Sales Calendar, Week view, Business Hours and all Salespeople resources will be selected.
Sales Tab - Filters are reset and display is set to 50
Production Tab - Filters for both Task and Job View are reset and display on task view set to 50
Service Tab - Filters are reset and display is set to 50

Panel View
Panel view is an alternative view of which the user can view a contact record. The other view is tab view. Switching between the two views is simple. The link to switch between the two is located in the upper right of on any of the three contact record views.
Prospects List View
The Prospects List View will display the default view and no filter will be selected
Panel View Prospects
While viewing the Prospects Record View, the first record of your prospects will display. Additionally, the Prospect Info Panel will be expanded while all of the other panels will be collapsed.
Leads List View
The Leads List View will display the default view and no filter will be selected
Panel View Leads
While viewing the Leads Record View, the first record of your leads will display. Additionally, the Inquiries & Appointments Panel will be expanded while the other panels will be collapsed.
Customers List View
The Customers List View will display the default view and no filter will be selected
Panel View Customers
While viewing the Customers Record View, the first record of your customers will display. Additionally, the Jobs Panel will be expanded while the other panels will be collapsed.
Activity List
The Activity List filters at the top of the page will reset. They reset what is shown below. In addition, the display size on the right side of the page will default to 50.
Calendar
The calendar will reset to the sales calendar, Week view, Business Hours and all resources will be selected. If the user does not have permission to view the Sales Calendar, it will default to My Calendar.
Sales Tab
The filters at the top of the page are reset to the Default view, Today's Appointments and the rest are all. Display is also set back to 50
Production Tab
Production Tab has two views. Task View and Job View. Both views will have their filters reset. If the Task View is selected, it will remain selected. Task view filters are set to Default view, Only Next Incomplete and display is set to 50. The rest of the filters are set to All.
If the Job View is selected, the view is selected to the Default View and All selected for each filter option.
Service Tab
The Service Tab is set to Default View, Complete is set to No and display is to 50.
