The Call Center is designed to categorize, prioritize and assign activities to the appropriate employees.
Each activity must have the Type set to Call Out, the Assigned To set to Unassigned, and the Due By date must be today or in the past.
The Activity Reference is a very important field with the call center because it is the only thing that exists through out the entire call center process. It is recommended that you name your Activity Reference the same thing as your Get Next Call Maintenance Campaign.
