Call Backs for Call Center
Here is a short but simple and effective way to make sure your call backs are working properly for your call center disposition of Call Back.
Step 1. Go to the Admin Page

Step 2. Under Company Setup - Choose Editable Drop Down Lists

Step 3. Click on the blue icon to the right of Activity Results

Step 4. Choose the Call Back Call Type from the drop down on the Call Back Activity Result

Save it.
Step 5. Test your Call Back in Call Center.
Once you choose call back from the disposition options you will notice a box appear that will let you choose when to call this contact back.
