Assigend (Named) Licenses – How to Assign
Hello MarketSharp User! You may stumble upon a messaged of a user not having an “assigned license” to login. This can be quickly adjusted by any Admin in the organization. Here’s how:
Navigate to Admin
Select Employee Maintenance
Locate username in need of an assigned license
Click “Edit” (pencil) icon to left of their name
Check “Assign License”
Save the changes by hitting the save button
You will also notice the top of the entire Employee Maintenance section displays how many licenses are in use and how many are available. You can also click the link to the right of this message to see a listing of all users who are currently assigned a license. These can be unassigned and reassigned at your leisure.
