Users can leave feedback in the application in order to capture issues or improvements. A 1-5 rating can be left as well as free form text. The feedback is sent and reviewed by the product team. All feedback will be reviewed but may not built into the product. A screenshot is optional and can be included
Feedback can be accomplished in the following ways:
- Within the application: Menu > Feedback
- From the feedback screen you can also open a ticket.
- Opening a ticket is via an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Within the App Store: Open App Store > Search > Find app > Ratings and Reviews > Tap to Rate
- Note: the App must be installed on the device in order to leave feedback
