Mobile Setup of Staff and Employees
Users can get to the Staff/Employee directory by going to the global navigation. The people who appear in this view are consider active staff or employees.
- Staff are listed alphabetically by First Name
- Staff phone numbers and emails are listed if they have the values set on their Staff/Employee record. They can be contacted by tapping their phone number or email address.
- Search box only searches the first and last name fields.
- Since all Staff/Employees are downloaded for offline mode support, the search field only searches local values.
MarketSharp
- Employees in the list are considered active employees
- Users cannot view inactive employees
- Employees are sorted by the employee name
- Profile picture is downloaded from the employee in employee maintenance
- If there is not profile picture, a default picture is shown

- Staff members that show up in this view are considered "Active" by not having an End Date set on their staff record.
- If the user has any End Date set, they will not appear in Staff directory.
- If the Staff record has a linked User record and the User record is not marked as Active, they will still show up if their Staff record does not have an End Date set.
- The Profile picture that shows up is the profile picture linked to the User records profile.
- If the Staff record doesn't have a linked User, a default profile picture shown.
- Staff phone numbers are displayed based off of the assigned page layout (Home, Work, Cell and Emergency phone numbers).
- Staff members that show up in this view are considered "Active" by not having an End Date set on their staff record.
