Make a Filter for an Appointment Result
Below is a way to filter on Appointment Result for Leads. Go to the Contacts Tab 
Choose the Leads List view (this will filter only people in the Leads section) 
Choose Add on the filter line 
Give the filter a name (Example - No Interest) In the Search Column choose Appointment.Result In the Operator choose Equals In the Search Value select the result the filter should find (Example - No Interest) 
Choose Get Count in the bottom right to make sure the filter works, and then click Save NOTE: This filter pulls out only those people in the Leads section that have an appointment result that says No Interest
