Leads by Issue Date
Creating a filter that will show you any issued leads within a certain date range.
NOTE: Make sure that the date issued on a lead record has a date inside of it or this filter will not pull them in.
Firstly we want to create a filter. You can review Creating a Filter if you need help with that.
In this example I want to search for the month of April.
In the search column that is available choose "Inquiry.Inquiry Date" from the drop down. The operator here should be "After". The date to put in will be 03/31/21
Next Click the blue "Add Row" button so we can cap off the date range for the end of the month. Choose "Inquiry.Inquiry Date" from the drop down. This time the operator should be set to "Before" and the date here will be 05/01/21. Next, we will click Add Row again and we need to add in our filter for "Appointment. Lead Issued" and for the operator, you will choose "Is Not Blank".
To check our work and to see if the filter is functioning correctly, click the GET COUNT link at the bottom. if we have any leads that were issued in the month of April then it will display a number like so:
Also be sure to choose Public Filter from the filter type options if you want someone else to be able to view this filter.
