You may have noticed the recent change with the user interface for the list view section of the contacts tab. Rest Assured all the previous filters and views you have had previous to the update are still there and I will show you how to find them in this tutorial.
Firstly lets go to the contact tab in MarketSharp
Click on the list view option of your choice (Prospects, Leads, Customers)
You will notice that the View and Filter Drop Downs are now horizontally placed next to one another instead being stacked and we have added a Last Name drop down to help with filtering.
If you wish to look at your existing filters just simply click the drop down menu to see them. This also applies for the View drop down as well.
If you wish to add, edit or delete filters or views, click the 3 dots located to the right of the drop down you wish to make changes to.
