Divisions in MarketSharp is a tool to help you keep your reporting separate if you have multiple divisions of your company.
The most common usage of the division field on the inquiry is one for residential work and one for commercial work but it can be used for just about anything you would want to keep separate in reporting.
To create a new division head into the admin section of MarketSharp and find the company set up area and then click on editable drop-down lists.
Next use the “select a custom list” option and then find and select inquiry division.
Edit the drop down by clicking the blue edit file icon on the right have side of the drop down menu.
You can then change the divisions or click add new item to create new ones.
After these are created and saved you can then find this on the inquiries in MarketSharp for you to select the division the record is apart of.
