Import Zip Codes

To import zip codes to the system head into the admin section and find the apps and add on's section.

 

You can then click on Zip/Postal code maintenance.

Next you will have a CSV excel file with the zip codes and company id number in the first two columns. 

 

Here is the specifications that the file needs to be in.

  • The file must be a .CSV file.
  • The file must not have column headers.
  • Company ID must be in the fist column.
  • Zip code must be in the second column. If your zip code begins with a "0", format the .CSV file so that the zip code column retains five digits or Excel will automatically remove the beginning "0".

You can then grab the file from your computer and import the zip code list.
