Inactivate Employee
If you need to make an employee inactive, please follow these steps:
- Go to Admin
- Employee Setup
- Click on blue pencil by Employee's name
- Uncheck 'Is Active' (1). This will inactivate the employee so they cannot be selected from drop down lists anymore (like salesperson or telemarketer) and hide them from the list of active employees on the Employee Maintenance page.
- Uncheck 'License Assigned' (1). This ensures no one can access the account until another license is assigned and employee is made active again.
- Finally, Click Save at bottom (2).
