General Appointment for Employee Meetings and Time Offs
If you are looking to mark time off on the calendar for yourself or another employee, all you need to do is create a General Appointment.
General Appointments are the only appointments NOT tied to a lead or customer record!
Simply go to Calendar, double click any of the the time slots, or right click and select 'Add Event'. Then from the 'Type of Appointment' dropdown, select 'General.' Fill out the rest of the fields.
