To view Prospects, Leads and Customers click on the Contacts Tab.
Prospects are people who have never shown interest or inquired about any products.
Leads are people who have inquired about a product or shown interest in some way.
Customers are people that have previously purchased products or services.
A List View shows a list of contacts.
A Record View shows the information for a single contact.
