Creating a Recurring Appointment
Please follow the steps below to create a Recurring General Appointment:
- Go to Calendar
- Select Date and Time block
- Click Add Event or Double Click to add event information
- For Type of Appointment Select 'General'
- Create or Select Category
- Select Resource(s) (this is employees)
- Verify the Start Time and End Time are correct, if not make the necessary changes
- Place a a check mark in the box next to Recurrence.
- Select Recurring Schedule-See Screen Shot Below
- Enter a subject, location, and description if desired
- Click Save or Save and Email this Event to send an email to the user marked as the Resource
