MarketSharp has the ability to automatically send text messages to a contact. This feature allows one or more emails to be queued up to send at a future date and time (or right away).
Navigate to the Admin > New > Templates & Documents > Text Messages.
From here, you are able to setup, edit, clone, and delete Email Templates for your MarketSharp account. Text messages can be viewed by Text Messages for Contact or for Employees.
The Usage button will show remaining messages for the billing period. You can always add more messages by contacting support.
The "Setup" section will allow you to view Brand and Campaign Registration Statuses provided back by Twilio so you can monitor your companies registration. It also allows you to setup your phone number as well as message forwarding by selecting Active Users in your MarketSharp Account
You are able to create new templates with the +Add Template button.
NOTE: Merge Fields can easily be added from the "Merge Fields" picklist.
