The Do Not Text feature in Marketsharp can be manually activated by someone in your database or by the customer replying to a text with one of the words programmed to turn on Do Not Text.
Words that will trigger the Do Not Text feature:
A customer can reply to the text with words that will take them off of Do Not Text.

How to manually set a phone number to Do Not Text:
1. In the contacts tab under the customer record view, click "Edit This Contact" or the blue pencil icon next to the phone number located in the top right corner of the page.
2. In the Phone and Fax section, check the Do Not Text box next to the phone number that no longer wants to receive text messages. Click save at the bottom of the page.
